As you know, most two-way radios are extremely durable. However, with your team working as hard as they do, radio damage is inevitable. When something does go wrong, give us a call. Your radios can usually be repaired quickly thanks to our factory trained technicians. Whether it is something simple, such as poor receive or transmit, or something on a larger scale, like water damage or the peculiar “crushing forces” that back-hoes, bulldozers and forklifts can cause, our technician will help you decide whether it would be more cost efficient to go ahead with the repairs, send it into the factory for repair or simply replace the radio.

No matter what the situation Peak Mobile Comm will make sure that your damaged radio gets back to you in a timely manner. We know how important communication is and we want to make sure all of your radios are in good working condition and that your radio fleet is always functioning at peak performance!

Please include a detailed note including the problems you are experiencing with your radios as well as contact information, serial numbers and lastly if you would like a cost estimate before repairs are made (or better yet, fill out the PDF form here and send it in with the radio) and we will get them checked in and repaired as quickly as possible!
